Dr Caitlin Parker endeavours to provide quality and empathetic care to patients from all walks of life. She is highly proficient in all aspects of primary care and strives to establish a connection of care and empathy with all of her patients.

Caitlin graduated with her MBBCH at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2015. After completing her internship and community service she worked locally and internationally in a range of disciplines including Primary care, Emergency Medicine and Paediatrics.

Specialist Family Physician

Dr Germarié Fouché is an experienced Family Physician with a special interest in telemedicine and holistic, person-centered care. She offers comprehensive remote consultations for a broad range of health concerns including chronic disease management, allergic conditions, women’s health, dermatology, and care for the elderly and frail.

 

 

With more than 15 years of clinical experience in both South Africa and the UK, Dr Fouché has worked across a wide variety of healthcare settings and communities—ranging from urban centers in England to resource-limited areas in Cape Town. Her practice is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to equity in healthcare. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered in their care journey.

Fluent in English and Afrikaans, Dr Fouché is known for her calm, compassionate manner and her ability to make patients feel at ease. She has led multidisciplinary care teams, supported palliative and frailty services, and trained the next generation of healthcare professionals—all while maintaining a clear focus on delivering meaningful, accessible healthcare to every patient she serves.

Aakifah is a General Practitioner based in Cape Town. She’s built up extensive experience in Women’s Health, Mental Health and Family Medicine at several General Practices and clinics in Cape Town, having also practiced at the Victoria Hospital and the Mowbray Maternity Hospital. Dr. Parker  believes in holistic, preventative and non-judgemental approaches to healthcare, by ensuring that her patients deeply understand their conditions and are thus able to make informed decisions about their healthcare. Her open and comprehensive approach means that Aakifah is then often referred and recommended to many family members, who are always impressed by the care and expertise that she brings to every consultation.
